Would You Rather Book Tag

Hi there! I was tagged by the lovely Tasha @ Head in the Clouds, Heart in the Books to do this tag! I’ve seen it around a lot, and it seems like super fun, so I was super happy when I found out I was tagged. So here we go!

Would you rather…

1. Read only trilogies or stand alones?

I enjoy trilogies, but if I had to choose ONLY either trilogy or stand alones, I have to say stand alones. I can get through 3 stand alones in the time it takes to finish a trilogy, for one, and as I have been reading a lot of trilogies these days, I’m becoming weary of them. Of course, that’s not to say I don’t like trilogies, it’s just if I had to choose only between trilogies and stand alones, I’d have to pick stand alones.

2. Read only female or male authors?

It doesn’t really matter to me. I’ve read amazing books by both genders, so I’m definitely not prejudiced to only one. 🙂

3. Shop at Barnes & Noble or Amazon?

I don’t shop at Amazon, like, at all. I have an account, but I’ve never used it. Don’t ask why, I just don’t. 🙂 So Barnes & Noble it is.

4. All books become movies or t.v. shows?

I suppose movies. There are books that would be good as a movie and not as a TV show, and there are also books that WOULD be good as a movie and a TV show. The common factor in both of these would be the movies! Not all books are good as TV shows, but all books would be good for a movie.

5. Read 5 pages per day or 5 books per week?

5 books per week, definitely! ❤ Why is this being questioned?

6. Be a professional reviewer or author?

I can’t choose between the two! I love reviewing books, and it would be amazing if I could be a professional reviewer. But then I also love writing and I would love to share my work with the world. So both. 🙂

7. Only read your top 20 favourite books over and over or always read new ones that you haven’t read before?

Read new ones! I love my favorite books and it would be fine to re-read them, but I wouldn’t be happy only re-reading those favorites. Not to mention no matter how much I love to books, there’s only so many times I can re-read a book and still enjoy it like the first time. Reading new ones will broaden my reading experience and allow me to get new favorite books. ❤

8. Be a librarian or book seller?

Book seller! Librarian is cool, but I’d love to sell books to people in the hopes they enjoy them as much as I do! Then again, if I did become a book seller, I think it would defeat the purpose of being my income… I’d go broke buying too many books! 😉 I’d never be able to resist the temptation.

9. Only read your favourite genre, or every genre except your favourite?

Only read my favorite genres! (I’m adding an ‘s’ to genre ’cause I have more than one favorite genre. Deal with it.) I’m all for trying new things, but erotica is a genre I’m not even going to step close to. Not to mention I have quite the variety in my favorite genres, so I will be quite happy with reading only my favorite genres.

10. Only read physical books or eBooks

Ooh… this one’s a hard one! I’ve been reading more eBooks lately, so I guess you can say it’s more favorable… but I still like physical books! It’s just eBooks and me have come a long way (what with me being stuck to my Kobo 24/7 for the past years) and I’m quite used to it. However, I still enjoy physical books, so… tiebreaker?
