Hi! Today I have a book review on Proof of Forever by Lexa Hillyer for you! I know this book has been on the TBR of many people (including mine) and although the decision to purchase and read this was quite sudden and spontaneous, I’m glad I did, because this was a super fun read!

Quick Summary

Proof of Forever follows four girls: Joy, Tali, Luce and Zoe, as they are taken to the past to relive their summer from two years back at camp. In the present, they are seventeen, and they have become estranged from eachother. They barely talk, contrary to their close friendship at fifteen, and now, after being transported to the past, the girls have to recreate their summer in order to get back to the present. Hey there book lovers! ❤ Thanks to Amber @ YA Indulgences, I found out about The Write Those Reviews Party, which is a week long event hosted by Ashley @ Bookz4Nerdz and Xander @ Forever Bookish! That’s What HE Said Thursday #10 (June 11)

I’m kind of late for this, as it is almost midnight here in Canada (don’t ask what I’m doing up so late) but this is being posted a few minutes before midnight so it’s technically not Friday yet! Anyway, for this week’s That’s What He Said Thursday (a meme hosted by Chapter Break where you feature a quote from book boyfriend to his girl) I have a quote brought to you by Ryder from Proof of Forever by Lexa Hillyer. I recently finished this book and this quote is so cute! Here it is:

“It’s all right. I can’t even believe I told you. But you’re so… easy to talk to. And you’re singing my song, which is pretty sweet,” he says, turning to face her, his clouded expression softening into a smile.

Currently Reading?

I’ve been reading Deception So Deadly by Clara Kensie since last Wednesday (check out a teaser on it here) and today I just started Unleashed by Liz Coley. Unfortunately I’m not that far into either of them, but so far they’re both enjoyable.

Recently Finished?

The immediate book that comes to mind is Proof of Forever by Lexa Hillyer. Other books I’ve finished include A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas & Zaria Fierce and the Secret of Gloomswood Forest by Keira Gillett. (Reviews to come for all, hopefully soon!) I also finished reading the play script of Romeo & Juliet on a spontaneous decision, for my Popsugar challenge. I’m still deciding whether or not I should do a review on it or not. What do you guys say?
