WWW Wednesday #29 (October 21st, 2015)

Hello everyone! It’s Wednesday, which means it’s time for a WWW Wednesday, a meme formerly hosted by MizB @ Should be Reading and is now hosted by Sam @Taking on a World of Words. To play along, just answer these questions:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Currently Reading

Carry On

I started this over the weekend, I believe? I still haven’t been able to finish it, unfortunately (life got in the way, of course) but I do plan on finishing it this week! I’m really enjoying it so far! ❤

Recently Finished

Zeroes was such an awesome read! It had its flaws, but I still really enjoyed the book! It was full of action and the writing was on point. 😉 So much more to say, but I’ll save that for my longer rambling…

Vengeance Road was definitely a different kind of read! I think for the beginning of it, it could’ve been more fast-paced (but maybe that’s just me) and there were some little things I was a bit iffy about, but overall it was a good read!

Read Next

I’ve kind of given up on reading the first two books—I’ll read them though, I promise!—but I’m keeping them as possibilities! I don’t know, I just can’t seem to bring myself to pick up either of these so…

I have 2 re-reads to add to my read next this week! One of them is Reborn. The third book in the Shadow Falls: After Dark series is being released in a couple of days from now and since it’s been a while since I’ve read the previous books, I decided I’m going to attempt to reread the first two books before I read the third. Looking forward to it!

Also, the sequel to Snow Like Ashes has been released, and I am dying to read it! And although I remember what heppened in the first book well enough, I really feel like reliving it all, and so I plan to reread Snow Like Ashes as well, though I probably won’t be able to get through with it this week. Here’s hoping!

So these are my books this week! What do you think? Have you read any of them? What are your books this week? Feel free to link your post! I’d love to check them out. ❤ I hope you all enjoy your day!

Until the Next Meal, Analee

  1. Yay for Carry On! I got my copy last week and I really need to read it soon… And I need to buy a copy of Snow Like Ashes ASAP. 😀

Happy Wednesday and thanks for visiting my WWW. 🙂

  2. I love the cover of Vengeance Road, though I’m not sure the story would really be my cup of tea. I’m really intrigued by Ink and Bone; I might have to go look it up. (I’m a librarian, so anything with libraries makes my ears prick up).

    • Yes, it looks great! The story though is definitely something that depends on the person… it’s quite a different read is what I’ll say!
Haha yes, Ink and Bone does seem really good, I’m looking forward to trying it out! I hope you enjoy it if you decide to read it as well. ❤

  3. I can’t wait to see what you think of ‘Carry On!’ That’s been on my TBR for ages because I loved ‘Fangirl’ so much. Happy reading and thanks for participating in WWW Wednesday!

  4. Oh! Zeroes is already in my TBR list and I’m glad to hear that it was action packed cause I love reading action packed books. As for the Vengeance road, you’re not the only one I’ve seen so many people disliking the pacing of the plot too. I’m planning to read snow like ashes and it’s sequel probably around the end of this month or maybe next month.I hope you enjoy your next reads. Happy Reading! 😀

    • I can’t wait to hear what you think of it once you read it! ❤
Yeah, it was pretty slow-paced for a while, glad to hear I'm not the only one who felt that way.
Yes, you must!! I hope you enjoy Snow Like Ashes, I loved it. Haven't gotten around to the sequel yet, but hoping to get to it soon! Thank you, I hope you enjoy your next reads as well! 🙂
